To Gilchrist Center (inpatient facility): Admission is based on the patient’s clinical status. Priority for admission is granted to patients who are experiencing symptoms related to their terminal diagnosis and to patients under the care of a Gilchrist Hospice Care home care team who develop skilled care needs that cannot be optimally managed in the home setting.
