Specialized physical, emotional and spiritual end-of-life health care services including pain and symptom management.

An interdisciplinary team of specially trained professionals and volunteers to help care for the patient.

Is accessible any time – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for questions or concerns

Medications for pain and symptom control, medical equipment (including hospital beds and commodes), and other medical supplies.

Instruction for family members and caregivers to help them care for the patient.
