In Memory or In Honor

You may make a contribution to Gilchrist Hospice Care in memory or in honor of a loved one. Make a contribution now.

Restricted Contributions

You may wish to contribute to a particular component of hospice care, such as volunteer, grief support or spiritual support programs or projects; our inpatient facilities - Gilchrist Center or Gilchrist Center Howard County; or the Hospice Endowment for Charitable Care or the Gilchrist Kids Endowment.

Non-Cash Contributions

Gilchrist Hospice Care also accepts non-cash donations. If you would like a list of suggestions, or have one of your own, please contact us.

Hospice Endowment for Charitable Care

An endowment has been created to help Gilchrist Hospice Care continue to care for those who need of hospice services but are unable to pay and to help underwrite the costs of care that exceed insurance reimbursements..

United Way/Combined Health Agencies Campaigns

Gilchrist Hospice Care’s charity campaign and United Way #3155. Company and government employees participating in payroll deduction campaigns may designate Gilchrist Hospice Care to receive all or a portion of their donation.

Planned Giving Opportunities

There are a number of ways you can contribute to Gilchrist Hospice Care through planned giving. To learn more, please visit our Planned Giving section.

Bequests

Using simple language, you can bequeath a part of your estate to Gilchrist Hospice Care in your will or through a revocable trust. You can direct your gift to a particular program or area of Hospice, bequeath specific assets to Gilchrist in general or leave a portion of your estate as a whole.
